CRYSTAL, MN — The U.S. Postal Service issued the schooner stamped card today at the Minnesota Stamp Expo. This new stamped card features a two-masted schooner sailing on open water. It is designed to be a convenient way to send postcards with attached paid postage.
GREENSBORO, NC — With July 4th quickly approaching, the U.S. Postal Service is reminding customers that while fireworks are a fun way to celebrate Independence Day, they are strictly prohibited in the mail system.
WASHINGTON — Incidents involving dog attacks on Postal Service employees rose to more than 6,000 cases last year. As part of the 2025 USPS National Dog Bite Awareness Campaign, the organization is offering crucial information on how dog owners can be good stewards for safe mail delivery and ensure the safety of its employees.
Effective September 1, 2025, the Postal Service™ will revise Labeling List(s) L007, L012, L051, and L606 to reflect changes in mail processing operations. Mailers are expected to label according to these revised lists for mailings inducted on or after the September 1, 2025, effective date through October 31, 2025, expiration date. The changes will be published in the Postal Bulletin, Issue #22682.
