Imposters are scammers who work very hard to convince consumers they are a friend or relative, or that they are from a legitimate source, such as a bank or government agency. These fraudsters then take personally identifiable information (PII) and use it to steal victims’ money.

The Postal Service is looking to move ahead with service standard changes to support Delivering for America network changes. We intend to continue providing service standard data files for customer use to determine the number of days in transit. This tech sheet will provide the future proposed file layouts to help customers understand upcoming changes associated with the proposed changes. Along with file layout changes, we are now incorporating Priority Mail Express and Presort First-Class Service Standards.
